Why we like it
210 gsm matte inkjet paper for watercolour reproductions.
Hahnemühle Albrecht Dürer combines a 50% cotton / 50% alpha-cellulose base with a white shade and a matte finish. Its traditional mould-made watercolour texture gives the finished print its surface character. The inkjet coating makes this a printing medium; its watercolour texture should not be confused with uncoated painting paper.

Questions before you print
Is this blank watercolour painting paper?
It is an inkjet-coated printing paper with a watercolour-style texture. Do not confuse that coating with uncoated paper sold for painting.
Is it a pure cotton paper?
No. Albrecht Dürer is a 210 gsm paper made from 50% cotton and 50% alpha-cellulose.
What should I check before ordering for my printer?
Check the selected format, 210 gsm weight, thickness and loading path against your exact printer. A suitable ink coating does not establish that every size or roll will feed in every model.
Profiles, media settings and handling
For Albrecht Dürer, match the ICC profile to the exact printer, ink set and paper and follow the profile’s supplied driver media settings. A driver profile does not establish RIP support. Apply colour management once and make a small test print before a full run. Keep fingers away from the printable surface and protect prints from dust and abrasion.
