Due to the sensitive nature of the products we sell, we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final.
In the event that an Epson ink, printer or scanner product is found to be defective, contact Epson’s warranty department direct at: 905-709-3839
In the unlikely event that Tricera Imaging shipped you the wrong product, we will gladly exchange for the correct item(s), covering all shipping cost. Please email us at sales@tricera.ca
