Do you offer in-store pick up

Yes. Available at checkout for most of the lower mainland. If you don't see the option during checkout, please, contact us and we'll make it available.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping to British Columbia and Alberta on most Epson Ink & Paper orders over $399 (before taxes - restrictions apply).

Excluded from this offer are:

  • Overweight / Oversize Items (roll paper, bulk packaging)
  • Special Order Items
  • Clearance Items
  • Breathing Color Products
  • Moab Products
  • Ilford Products
  • Red River Products
  • Printers
  • Scanners

For orders that contain these products, regular shipping charges will apply.

Free shipping is not available for Professional Accounts.

How long does it take to receive my order?

All in-stock, standard orders placed before 1:00PM (PST) will ship out the same day, excluding holidays and weekends (and barring natural disasters).

Estimated delivery times (from day of shipment):

  • Vancouver and Lower Mainland: 1-2 business days
  • Rest of BC: 2-3 business days
  • Prairie Provinces (AB, SK, MB): 3-7 business days
  • Eastern Canada (ON, QC): 5-7 business days
  • Maritimes (NL, NB, NS, PE): 7-8 business days
  • Northern Canada (YT, NT, NU): 5-10 business days

Can I place an order online and pick up from Tricera?

Yes. Vancouver location only. Choose “In-store Pick up” as your shipping method. If you are outside the lower mainland, please, call to make pick up arrangements.

Can I cancel my order once I've placed it online?

Please review your order carefully before submitting. We are quick to fulfill and ship! Contact us immediately if you see an error on your part. We will do our best to halt a shipment and make changes.

Unfortunately, no guarantees can be made.

If one item is out of stock, will it prevent my whole order from shipping?

Maybe. If there is an issue with your order or the product is out of stock you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives.

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

If your order has not shipped, you can contact us by phone only (604-733-5702) to modify your shipping address. No emails.

Do you have same day delivery?

Yes...If your order is placed before 11am PST. Vancouver Area only. Call for options. Cost will vary by order size, weight and time.

Can I add an item to my order that has not shipped yet?

If your order has not yet shipped, you can contact us by phone only (604-733-5702) to add products to your order. No emails please.

Special Order Policy

What is a "Special Order" product?

A Product is classified as Special Order when we do not regularly stock it.

Tricera Imaging requires a full, non-refundable payment before any special order products will be ordered in for you. Once we receive your payment, the order cannot be cancelled. All special order products purchased are considered final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange unless deemed and confirmed by Tricera to be defective.

Please, allow 2 to 3 weeks for fulfillment.

What happens if I order both "In Stock" and "Special Order" products?

If your order contains a combination of “In stock”, “Backorder” or "Special Order" products you will have the option to wait and have the order filled completely before shipping. Or, to have those products in stock ship immediately. However, additional shipping charges may apply to split orders.

Once you have placed your order, one of our customer service representatives will contact you to discuss the options.

Backorder Policy

What is a "Backorder" product?

This product is on order from the manufacturer. Typically we receive the majority of products within two weeks of ordering unless the manufacturer is out of stock.

What happens if I order both "In Stock" and "Backorder" products?

If your order contains a combination of “In stock”, “Backorder” or "Special Order" products you will have the option to wait and have the order filled completely before shipping. Or, to have those products in stock ship immediately. However, additional shipping charges may apply to split orders.

Return Policy

What is your return policy?

Due to the sensitive nature of the products we sell, we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final.

What if my product is defective?

In the event that an Epson ink, printer, or scanner product is found to be defective, please contact us by phone at 604-733-5702. We will work with you to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

Upon receipt of your merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to Tricera Imaging within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise. All original packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved.

What do I do if I receive the wrong item?

In the unlikely event that Tricera Imaging shipped you the wrong product, we will gladly exchange for the correct item(s), covering all shipping cost. Please, contact us at 604-733-5702.

What is your policy on Special Order items?

Repairs & Warranty

Does Tricera do repairs?

Tricera does not currently offer repairs on new or used items.

Will Tricera honour a lower price from a competitor?

We have a knowledgeable team that can help you make informed decisions about papers and printers. We also feel that we have honest and fair pricing for the products we sell. If you find a lower price for a product let us know and we can assess the situation.
