SureColor P-Series Ink Changes & Firmware Updates

Due to the continuing chip shortage, Epson will transition to a different ink cartridge design with new part numbers. As stock of the old cartridge design depletes, we will be offering the new cartridge design.

This change affects the SureColor P6000, P7000, P8000, and P9000 printers. To use the new cartridges, the printers require new firmware BEFORE installing the new cartridges in the printer or running out of ink when using the current cartridges.

Updated printers can accommodate both version of the ink cartridge design.
